A DOTING dad was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping his son — after neighbours didn’t recognise him with a new beard.

Torkel Kristoffers, 39, was babysitting his two-year-old son Axel when the little boy asked if he could be carried to a friend’s house in a grocery bag.

But things took a turn for the worst when a concerned neighbour thought Axel was being abducted.

The neighbour didn’t recognise Torkel, from Stockholm in Sweden, with his beard fully-grown. The dad is usually clean shaven.
