Who else finds the way Mr Shorten avoids answering questions odd? Can he continue in this fashion and believe he is a credible candidate for Prime Minister?

No more odd than than questions about the North Sydney Forum,the Hanson slush fund or anything pertaining to Operation Sovereign Borders and the detention centres.

Until we move into election campaign mode he is the opposition leader and his job is to ask question of the government, not answer them.

I sometimes wonder if the only qualification needed to become Prime Minister is to be the opposition leader when an election comes around and the public have decided to 'punish' the current Prime Minister by voting for the other guy.
