Small claims Question

Has anyone taken anyone through a small claims court ?

I'm guessing I may have to go this way to get some money that is owed to me and being aa single mum I cannot afford not to have this money returned to me .

I have bank statement that shows money was transferred into this persons account and I also have a text message with them saying they have to pay this money back to me but was sent to me by mistake , the text message was meant for someone else lol.

Have you addressed this with the person who made the error? It is their responsibility isn't it?

There is a fee for lodging a claim.

In Qld, it's between $23.50 and $350 I believe
