How does one create a Group ? Where do you go ?

l would like to start a Group, but cannot see where l go to do this, or how ?

Can somebody please tell me how to achieve this please. Thank you in advance.

Just as you have done with

Just give it a specific topic

Name

Eg "daily reports"

You can contribute to it yourself

As much as you like and hopefully

Like minded people will reply
