    <description>The worst courier service I have ever experienced. Be warned eBay sellers - You will be judged by the company you keep and smart send us is without doubt bad for your business. They wouldn't even be worth it if they were free. eBay should be ashamed for allowing them to trade off the eBay logo on their website.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Over the years I have sent many thousands of items around Australia TNT, Fastway, Clippers, Aus Post, ALL GOOD&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SmartSend all bad. It's little wonder their is no phone number on their website, their advertised address belongs to an accountant and there is no record anywhere of their management team, owners or directors. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE . What have they got to hide ? They engage in the dishonest practice of farming fake reviews on websites.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep away unless you want to loose valuable repeat business - they will ruin your reputation. So far they have promised delivery on three seperate occasions and failed every time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They claimed to have tried to deliver an item and left a card in the letterbox - the letterbox is empty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Smartsend - the dumb choice&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
