Have a look at the "lemon detox diet "

i did did that some years back and it sure strips the fat off and you can feel it too.

very hard, especially the first 3 days but then I felt great.

interestingly, my chronic nasal congestion disappeared ( I googled this and found that this was not uncommon )

otherwise, raw vegetarian diet

Yeah, great advice. Then when she gets pulled over by the police for a random drug test and fails, she can tell them she read it in a discussion forum by someone who repeatedly imports restricted material into the country.

AlsoTippy toes have you done a bit of research about restricted items let into Australia, obviously not. And also availibilty of certain pet foods in this country.You have got no idea the reason I buy that food for my pets. My pets are family. So back off.

Ummm, yeah, I have done research about restricted items. A LOT of research in fact. I know that importing dairy products without a permit is illegal. I know that importing fruit and vegetable products without a permit is illegal. Heck, you can't even import a lot of fruit and vegetables from the mainland without a permit because of your strict quarantine laws down there.

My pets are my family too, but I certainly wouldn't be risking a large fine or a prison sentence by importing restricted material to feed them. If I need to buy something for them that I can't buy locally, I look interstate because more often than not, I can find it somewhere in Australia. Google is your friend.

How would you feel if one of the fruit bars with dairy you imported was infected with something and in 2 years, your rats are dead, yet the Tasmanian ecosystem is ruined because you through the wrapper in the bin and the disease was able to go wild (yes, it happens)? Are you getting these rat treats gamma radiated before leaving customs to ensure there is nothing in them that could destroy your fragile ecosystem? I highly doubt it because you don't care about anything except you and your rats.
