RIP Wayne Duncan - Daddy Cool

Wayne Duncan, bass player for the iconic Australian rock band Daddy Cool, has died aged 72.

Mr Duncan’s friend, Craig Horne, released a statement this morning on behalf of the Duncan family.

"It is with deep sadness that I let you know, on behalf of his partner Anne, daughters Justine and Catherine as well as Dean, that our great friend Wayne Duncan passed away in the early hours of this morning," Mr Horne wrote on Facebook.

very sad...its hard to think of our "growing up' idols now being in their 70's and eighties
