If it happened in most states in the US, they would have shot it.

Speaking of seals, an Eskimo got a new snowmobile for Christmas.........for a week he hot-rodded it through the snow, then it started acting up. He drove it to the mechanic, who right away said, "Looks like you blew a seal".........The Eskimo flicked the snow from his mustache and replied, "No, it's just ice on my mustache"........

still raining, 18mm so far. looking out from my windows you would think july, foggy, very muddy, very wet.
