Got a mobile { new } from Ebay wont work on ALDI sim works on 2 other different sims Optus & iinet any reason that someone might know

From memory Aldi use telstra facilities so that could be why.I also had to upgrade my mobile last yearvas Aldi upgraded network to 4G and so old phone no longer worked.
