AUSTRALIAN cricket star Dean Jones has admitted to fathering a child with a Sydney mistress.

Jones, 49, got on the front foot yesterday, putting an end to the rumours by admitting to the nine-year affair with flight attendant Kerri-Anne Hamilton.

Ms Hamilton, 35, gave birth to a boy, Koby, in August last year.

This comment was in reference to today's news not the 2010 news of his affair.

It would seem from reading around there is no mention of his

son only his daughters in the news articles of today.

I used to be a big fan back in the days when Jones was playing especially.

He was an exciting player to watch.
