Two choices here :

Would you relive the day - for the memories - or - relive to change that day.

If I changed the way that the day played out, then it would change for everyone that had been involved and that would hardly be fair without their consent.

Maybe they liked the way things turned out, that day.

But what if?

What if I could play God and alter time?

Would it be just that day?

Would it affect every other day from there on in?

Too many questions... Too many possibilities... Too much responsibility...

Suffice to say that what happened, happened and perhaps that's the way it was meant to be...

Pleasant memories it is, then.

Pleasant dreams...

Time travel is full of paradoxes and unknown/unintended consequences, so I wouldn't change a thing.

It wasn't meant to be a time travel - just a what IF - you had a great memorable day - to revisit.

I recall the day I visited The Grand Canyon - never had I realised such beauty - so darn huge - so vast - it is a day I'll never forget - those pictures remain - in my mind.

A day to relive.

So many days I'd go back to change for the better, but only with the knowledge I have now.

So many days I'd revisit for the pure joy.........many travel related and first times

first time I walked into St Peters in Rome

First time I saw the mountains and lakes in Swirzerland

First time I saw the Grand Canal in Venice

Then there was my first kiss but I'm not telling.

It had the opposite effect on me. I remember thinking, this is really just a big hole. Overrated

In very limited circumstances, and none of which affect the course of previous history. That causal loop thing.

So, not.

I probably have a better idea than most here of what time travel is, and the OP, while disclaiming it is what they meant, is asking questions about time travel.
