Sad news as I was reading about him earlier this year. And that was only because I somehow just happened to remember 30 years ago reading a letter he wrote to some magazine and included a pic of himself at a beach. He had put on a bit of weight then but looked quite massive. He signed off as David Prowse actor and bodybuilder. And it was only when reading about him for the second time in 30 years that I realised he was British.

He was a bit of a character too I hear.
