Son has just arrived home with prawns and a whole cooked lobster (sans claws) but I can't decide what to have with them. Any suggestions? It has to go around 4 of us.

I should have said, because he hasn't had lobster before (poor deprived one :^O ), I don't really want to put too strong flavours with it. I would like the beautiful lobster taste to shine.

boiled it in water and butter. Fresh seafood don't need to any additives.

If the lobster and prawns are already cooked then I would just make a big salad, some garlic bread and some homemade wedges 🙂

You win kazbar. Although the others sound nice I think on this occasion simple is best. Thanks everyone

lobsters, prawns, bugs, oysters, fish all get the same treatment.

Fresh lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Peel seafood and grill fish.

Using fingers pick up one of the items dip it in a little lemon juice and then the salt and pepper as per your tastes.

Everyone has their own bowls for lemon juice and the salt and pepper so double dipping is OK.
