Miracle Mobile

Over the Christmas period my Husband lost his mobile in Coffs Harbour. We searched everywhere for it but couldn't find it. We then had a bar put on it through Telstra and didn't think anymore about it.

Yesterday we had a phone call from a man in Sydney who said that he had found the phone in Pitt Street, Sydney.

We have not left home in Coffs since Christmas, so the big questiton is did this remarkable phone hop on a plan, hitch a ride on the XPT or jump into a car to end up in Sydney?;\

I have sent a stamp addressed envelope for it to be returned, I just wish it could talk and tell its story.:^O

That is one homesick and smart mobile! It's a miracle. :^O

If it doesn't work when you get it back just take it apart and place it in a bowl of uncooked rice for a week. It dries out all the moisture.

I once thought I lost a tiny little crucifix on a necklace when swimming in rough surf at the beach. When I looked down at my chest, the tiny crucifix was 'stuck' to my chest but the necklace was gone. 😮

I had a purse that travelled two suburbs in Melbourne, from where I lost it.

The mobile came home today:-x courtesy of some very honest person in North Parramatta. How it got from Coffs Harbour to Parramatta is still a mystery, but we are just glad to have it back. Will now send a thank you gift to the person.:-x

last week i was dropping dd off and she somehow dropped her iphone under the car as she was getting out. when i went to pick her up she asked me if the phone was in the car (it wasn't)

she walked up a few metres to the spot i dropped her 4 hours before and found the phone under some leaves and other debris. the cover was trashed and the earphones crushed but the phone itself was working and unmarked.. it had been run over more than once too.

i was lucky too, i paid for it 🙂 i was surprised nobody else noticed it all afternoon, its a busy spot.
