All about appearance rather than function. It is obvious that this is only half done, and very poorly at that. The layout is so unweildy, honestly I don't know if they actually do any user testing. I have found the 'My Ebay' page is buried under 'Help &amp; Contacts'. And it is obviously lifted straight from the desktop web page because at the bottom of the page there is a link that says 'Download the Ebay App'.
