Item not received

Hi,

I have made a purchase on my mobile phone as a guest. It was a limited edition iron man bobble head.

AUD70.85 was taken from my account and the bobble head has not arrived. Purchase made August 2 and aniticpated delivery was August 7. I did not receive a purchase order email etc. I am in Sydney and the seller was in Sydney (from memory)

The seller is on my credit card : PAYPAL *CVIN25EBAY 4029357733 AUS

Any suggestions would be most welcomed.

Just out of curiosity, and presuming you even come back here, it looks like you've been purchasing

from ebay as a guest for 5 years ? If you haven't, then why would you suddenly do that, and if you

have, why wouldn't you just join ebay ?

I know nothing about guest purchases anyway 🙂

I have requested a fresh email from seller as per the provided link.

Yes, I am registered but was having trouble logging in with my little nephew next to me so I proceeded as a guest.....

NEVER will i go in as a guest.
