i purchased an item off REMOVED and we agreed to a partial refund more than 1 month ago. The money still hasnt appeared in my bank account...be wary of purchasing from this seller.

You cannot name and shame on the boards. A moderator will remove the seller's name.

The negs for that seller should have been a warning.

It sounds like you only communicated with the seller, but didn't open a case.

You have 180 days to open a case in Payypal for Item not as described to get your money back.

They are registered in Singapore.....did you pay by PayPal?

If you funded a paypal paymnt with your bank account the refund will be in your paypal account....it does not go back to your bank account. You have to withdraw it manually.

Only crediit/debit card funding goes back to the card.

So have you checked the card account yet.....that is where the refund should go?
