Hi' used afterpay to purchase goods from ebay and goods were out of stock and was sent a refund to a different card (mastercard ) i purchased these goods with my visa card, paypal has sent me the notification via email , i am new to all this am i missing something "i would like to know what has happened to my fefund Thank you all Regards

Any refund will go back to the original funding source.

Do you have an Afterpay account? If you wanted to pay with Afterpay why did you use a credit card?

I know very little about Afterpay, but in general shops, you use your credit card to pay. The card company pays the shop and then you make 4 payments to Afterpay. I don't know what the options are of paying on eBay, but I'd assume you still need to use a credit card?

Yeah, I knew you needed to have an account, but I thought it was still paid with a credit card. I've seen my step daughter use it and she swipes her credit card through the eftpos machine and away she goes. She tells the shop that she wants to use afterpay. I'm guessing they punch something into the till. If I think of it tomorrow, I'll ask her if she's used it on eBay yet.
