I was wondering if anyone had experiences when using the return feature. I've honestly never had to use it but this is the first time I've received a product that just doesn't work which is basically a Windows 10 USB + key.

Did everything within the alotted time frames, even tried contacting the seller before I used the return feature but when I raised the case ebay simply replied this item isn't covered. I have read the policy and yes it clearly states digital goods are not covered but this isn't digital, part of the price includes a physical usb drive.

If there are others who had similar issues what was the outcome?

I would be running a good virus checker through your computer as well. It an old trick to sell/give someone a usb stick and put a virus/spywear or keylogging software on it.
