I have won an auction and contacted the seller to organise for Payment on Pickup. Due to the seller being away and I am not in a hurry we have agreed to complete the transaction in approx 10 days. Do I need to do anything to avoid being flaged as a none payer.

Only the seller an open an Unpaid Item dispute so if he is OK with payment in 10 days there is nothing to worry about.

Perhaps just send an additional mesage saying that you look forward to completing transaction when seller returns and that seller has a pleasent time. Bit extra never hurts.
