I ordered and paid for an OBE for Coleen Houston which I was informed would be here by 29 January.

It ain't here, so what is going on??

Informed as in the was the estimated delivery date (guess inserted by eBay) ?

Very best case guess, not fact or 'it will be'

People here cannont tell you what is going on, we do not have anything to do with your purchase so you need to communicate with the seller

Where was it coming from?

What does the tracking info say (if there was any given)

What is an OBE?

If Order of the British Empire, then you never going to receive it. Are you sure Coleen Houston deserves one?

First contact the seller, but on't be mislead by any excuses. Request tracking if as another poster said you haven't already, and keep an eye on the dates so you don't leave it too late to open INR dispute.

As paper-jack has mentioned re OBE - I would love to know what it is as they normally need to be earned, not bought LOL
