goods not arrived

I have just managed to reactivate my Ebay account but unfortunately when I last made a purchase on Ebay I used the casual once only option and have no way to follow up goods which have not arrived. Purchase was on 22nd January this year.

How can I chase this up?

Any advice appreciated.

If you paid using Paypal youcan find the payment and that should show the Item Number.

You can try use eBay dispute process - link below, but you may have left it too late

If you have left it too late to lodge dispute via ebay, you can lodge one through PayPal (you have 180 days there to do so)
