Seems like Ebay has a bug / issue

so i bought some cameras on the 20/22% off sale and I used paypal, all of them (4 purchases, different sellers) were pending payment. After about 2 hours these all went to cancelled and so I bought them again using the credit card.

Again this is pending payment.

There looks like there is a serious issue which I am not buying anymore until this is fixed.

And it is pretty bad because the items I want to buy are low on stock...

so much for being a new ebay plus member.

How ironic as I am a seller who has created a post on the community forum as this has happened to over 30 of my customers today, I am a seller offering 20% off all my items also.

i have same problem mate.

paid via cc for an item and rec'd ebay message saying payment didnt go through.

Paid again via paypal.

This morning, rec'd email from paypal saying refund will be issued.

Checked my CC online and 2 payments went through, yet the item is still showing up as being unpaid.

Spoke to Ebay Live Chat and they confirmed its a known bug/issue and warned me to make any new purchases.
