Haven't Received My Refund!

Was meant to receive a refund for 49.15, but it states that it is in my "PayPal account."

I do not own PayPal, and I paid through my Debit Card.

However, when I check my bank statement, it claims that I did pay "via PayPal." The numbers (402) 935-7733 come up and I have no clue what they mean.

What does this mean? Why haven't I received my cash back?

The number is the phone number for PayPal

Did you (or someone else)at any time link the debit card to PayPal, or are you saying you used your debit card to pay via direct deposit into the seller's bank account?

Other members cannot tell you why you have not gotten your money without all the information

Did the seller 'say' they will refund or did you open a dispute

And how long ago were you told you would get the refund?
