I cannot make the payment with any methods

When I chose debit or credit card and Google pay, it showed me "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details."

When I used Paypal, it showed me "To help protect your account, we limit the number of items purchased by a single account at any one time. This buying limit is temporary. You can come back soon and buy more items."

So how can I checkout? How can I buy items on eBay?

It would seem you have blocks on your account, presumably because you have made many (or many dollars worth of) purchases in a short time.

eBay limit new buyers until they prove to be trustworthy. ie don't open cases.

If you opened your account today and have bought nothing, you will probably have to wait a few days until eBay verifies your details. It's not instant.

Try selling. The hoops are more stringent.
