Contacting eBay

Does anyone else have trouble contacting eBay? It doesn't matter how often I try, I cannot seem to get on to speak to someone. All they do is move you to another page but don't allow you to speak to an eBay representative. Is there a way to bypass all these pages and just send a message to get an answer to my query.

Is it about the other post you made, where two members have responded?

I rarely use eBay Help, as most of the cs staff just tell the person what they want to hear to get rid of them

Whereas the members here have actual experience using eBay (unlike cs staff)

There is no 'direct' contact, emails go to bots which generate bot replies (if any at all) and the call center closed over two years ago due to covid

If you have another issue, let us know and we can try to help you with that

G’day here is how you can receive a Phone Call from eBay

At the top of your eBay page Click on Help - when this opens type in Getting Paid - when this opens you will see Options, click on the option that reads “ Start Getting Paid on EBay ” when this opens Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and Click on “ Have us Call you ” you will then have someone from Ebay give you a call , you will then hopefully will be able to sort out your problem

where I have said “ Start Getting Paid on eBay “ don’t click on this,

Click on “ Getting Paid Overview “ when that opens Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and Click on “ Have us Call You “

'eBay Help' is at the top of each and every page

Hardly hidden in an obscure place

If you want the call center, that has been closed at least two and a half years
