My purchase history shows nothing there, however I have current purchases which are overdue for delivery. Any ideas out there?

At the top of your purchase history page is "last 60 days" click on that and it gives you the option of going furthur back.

Did you buy as a guest instead of on this ID ?

Are you logged into the account you used to purchase on?

Were you logged in or did you purchase as a guest?

Did you keep the purchase confirmation email?

Did you use PayPal? and if so, is the purchase in there?
