I NEVER signed up for EBay Plus, I certainly did not authorise a payment of $584.34!!

Please advise what the hell this is.

Was it a REAL eBay email or a scam email?

You say in the heading it is a fraud email?

That amount is not an eBay Plus membership amount

I hope you did not click on any links in the email

If you did, you will need to change your passwords and advise your bank

It sounds exactly like a phisihing scam amount

Genuine emails from Ebay will be in the message section of your account.

It's no different from those who say they've received an automated call from "Ebay" saying they've authorised a purchase for '$xxx" and to press a number to connect to an "Ebay operator" for a refund.

False emails like the one you got will either try and harvest your data or install malware if you click on any links.

Please tell us you didn't click anything........
