Hi. I don't know how many have had this problem. But An item was listed as free shipping. But when I went to the check out and pay. The seller had added shipping costs. I did not ask for any changes to the free shipping.

To me it looks like your being sucked it. And could finish up paying for shipping that was supposed to be free

Are you using the app, known for this kind of issue?

Was the shipping free within certain areas only?

Was the item located overseas and the free postage was not international free postage?

There are many reasons this can and does happen, and does not instantly mean the seller is trying to suck you in

@sandy, I only use the app and I’ve never had this happen to me….

….but I do think you might be onto something with your comment that the item might be listed overseas. 👍🏻

Items from USA will often show as free postage on the listing but it is only within USA.

Then if a foreign account purchases, postage will automatically be added at checkout.
