After I have selected an item, when I go to pay it won't go through. I think my account is blocked in some way

Contact the seller and see if they actually post to your location.

Do you have any unpaid item issues ?

It could also be that there is an issue with the seller's account. Some people here have reported such issues (mainly because the seller had not completed the managed payments registration).

Anyway, try to send the seller a message (if possible).

Some sellers have restrictions in place, especially for new buyers.

Have you already purchased from this seller before?

Alternatively, have you ordered from other sellers and not paid at any time in the last 12 months?
