Is it in regards of the seller you left the neg for ?

If so, why aren't you using eBay's MBG to sort the problem out.

Is it about the delivery issue? If the seller deliberately (or even not deliberately) sent it to another address near yours, the normal way would be to contact AusPost (or any other courier) for more information. In most cases, they remember or have more details about delivery in their system. Then you can open a case for INR and add the information provided by the courier.

Must be something jolly HUGE to have the need to resort to that

Surely not the 'non delivery' neg you left ... I doubt the cyber police would appreciate such a waste of their time when you have disputes for that purpose

Ordinary 'scams' or wrong doing by seller would mean using the tools eBay give you

aka opening a dispute

That seller is dodgy as! I wouldn't have bought from them in a pink fit. Sadly, the OP probably won't come back to read the replies, especially about opening a dispute.

$40 sale. Sold same item 3 times b4 no contact then relisted. Just annoys me that fraudulent sellers get away with letting it slip through to EBAY resolution. Like its a joke. (Happened 100 times b4) People should be made to know taking other peoples money online has consequences no matter the monetary value. Happy to do the $40 and happy to go through the process even if it involves court. Its just the vibe of the thing.

Not that transaction I did my $ on that one. No item ,no refund asked for through EBAY so feedback stands. Picture of delivery not my house . Seller is a Flog.

if you are intent on pushing this there will be solicitors lining up to take your money, all while knowing full well this will never reach court, all while charging you per hour, per page photocopied, per minute for each phone call.

Wake up!

Be annoyed, but most of all be sensible.

If this is the case, then your complaint is with the delivery company, NOT the seller! I’m sure your seller didn’t hand deliver the damn parcel, did he????
Of course you lost the refund case, The seller could prove he posted it! That’s where his obligations end as far as delivery goes!

You can take this with a grain of salt, (or not, going by some of your responses to others, here) … but the only flog here, is you! Getting on your mighty high horse over a $40 item, blaming others for their short comings and yet, not following through with the steps to solve this case.

Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill! Sheesh!

Well, I know that I for one can’t wait to see what reception you’ll get from the online fraud squad! They’ll enjoy reading your little $40 life altering disaster!

Get off your self appointed podium and march yourself into the post office (or courier office- which ever was used to deliver) and show them a picture of your front house and the comparison of the pic they supplied you with, they can follow up, while you put in a compensation claim…. or complaint, which ever!
It can take up to 14 business days for them to follow up with their side of things, so try and find a snippet of patience while this happens!

For this, my bill is $40, but since I’m a understanding person, I’ll also offer you a 100% *Your a Flog Discount*…. and we’ll call it paid!

As the seller contracted the delivery company they are the only ones that can deal with them.

And this is not the case I am referring to.
