You do not need to contact ebay Australia.

If you have a dispute about an item, you can open a claim through ebay without actually having to contact anyone, not even the seller.

I'll take a guess that your problem is with an item you have received and wish to return for some reason.

Maybe it is not as described in the ad or maybe it is faulty.

If the item arrived recently (as in within the last 30 days), you can open an ebay claim. If it is after that, you can open a paypal claim if you paid that way.

If you have received an item that isn't what it should be, just open that claim. You should get a refund. If the seller wants the item returned, he will need to provide you with a postage label at his expense. You should not be out of pocket. Also, do not agree to a replacement or exchange as the time will blow out and you might not be able to follow through with a claim. Just get a refund.

Much more detail needed.

When did you buy the item ?

What was the final ETA of the item ?

Is the item "not as described" ?

Have you contacted the seller, what was their reaction ?

You need to follow the guidelines and open a dispute.

Contacting Ebay is generally useless as their CS staff don't have half a clue. Contacting a seller can be equally useless, especially if they are up to no good.

If you give us some information, we can try and assist.
