Nobody here can do that, we are just members like yourself.

You should be able to do that yourself by going into your account settings. Hover your mouse over the part at the top of the page where it says "G'day *****" then click on "account settings" .

You didn't think to look under the Help section?

Type in "reset password" and a giant blue button pops up for you to click on.
