ebay has incorrect reporting proceedues

I have an active case complaining about transit and faulty product, with no option proper to report it on the userend.
And the return i used to explain it, got seen as a litteral return request.
The item is the laptop on my account, wuith the graphics card

You will need to ask eBay why they removed it

Did you mention a dispute/refund?

No idea about the rest as I do not understand what you have written

You either opened a 'literal return request' or you did'nt

You either opened the proper, correct dispute or you did'nt

Other members cannot see those details on your account

eBay does not have incorrect return procedures, buyers just need to have the slightest idea about what they are doing

As we are only ordinary members, we cannot see details in your account.

Did you open a return request? Are you saying that you are now asked to "literally" return the item but you want to keep it? Why do you want to keep it if it is faulty?

If it is faulty, but you want to keep it because it is a minor fault, you should have opened an INAD dispute.

As for feedback removal, I strongly suspect you mentioned a dispute, which is against feedback rules.

From what I understand (but I am not sure!), the OP opened a return request (which she calls an "active case") but didn't really want to return the item and is annoyed that eBay understood it "literally" as a return request. Maybe it is not a major fault, so the OP wanted to keep the item? As I said in my post, if this is the case, I think she should have opened an INAD case. Sometimes you can reach an agreement with the seller without returning the item even with a return request, but it appears that in her case it didn't work out.

I will be on holiday starting tomorrow!

You need to open the correct dispute.

If the item is faulty, you should have opened an Item Not as Described case. Seller would have had to send a postage label or postage funds if they wanted it back, of they would have had to refund you.

There's nothing to "report". You either have the correct case opened, or you don't.

Perhaps a little more info on the situation??
