What is the item number?

Other members cannot get involved to resolve the issue for you, we can just give you advice

But not without knowing more details

The only seller to leave you feedback recently is in China, and sells some leaf/blower vacuum combos

Although buying cheap and nasty rubbish like a leaf blower/vacuum from China would be asking for trouble

Most do both - you switch between vacuuming & blowing.

Have you tried.

Mind you an item such as this from China could do more than blow.

The latest seller who left feedback for you has items that are both leaf blowers and vacuums (the listings call them combo or 2 in 1). Are you sure your vacuum can't blow too? I would not buy such items from a seller registered in China though...

Redecker make a leaf cleaning brush. Of course it’s for indoor house plants, but I had few moments of laughter thinking of carefully cleaning random garden leaves before vacuuming the lawn…

Back into serious mode. DON’T USE CHINESE UNBRANDED ELECTRICAL ITEMS. Your item is highly unlikely to meet Australian electrical safety standards. I will never understand the penchant to save a few dollars while putting one’s life at risk.

If your item isn’t as described, open a return request for a refund.

If it IS as described, and you simply didn’t read the full description or realise that your leaf thingy does dual duty, that’s another thing altogether.
