Ask eBay to step in option missing

I ordered an item and tracking shows delivery (Global Shipping Program) but the item was not delievered. I have contacted the seller and they suggested letting eBay sort out because tracking shows delivery. The option to ask eBay to step in is missing so I'm unable to escalate this to eBay. How do I get eBay to step in without this option?

Have you actually opened a case with ebay claiming INR?

If it is not past the last delivery date then there will be no option till then.

If tracking shows delivery, I don't like your chances, frankly

Often when it shows "delivered" under the GSP it just means that the parcel has arrived in Australia and has been passed to the local postal agents for ongoing delivery to you.

You can put the tracking number into a couple of other websites which l find quite handy.

Try either "Trackingmore" or "17track".

See if they give you any further details.
