Did you get an email from a scammer pretending to be eBay?

Did you sign up to something like Smartycashback or eBay Plus without reading the terms and get charged the fees you agreed for doing so

Maybe you bought as a "guest", if so it won't show in your purchase history.

Did you forget what you bought or did you find some strange eBay charge in your bank account?

Have you checked your normal mailbox for a confirmation of your order?

As you have just registered, it seems to be unlikely that you have forgotten what you have possibly just bought - which should also be in your purchase history if you click on purchases (on the left) on the summary page, so maybe you can give us more details and explain your problem.

Did'nt dawn on me (the other comment they made on a question from 2014) they don't know what they ordered but they want to canlkk whatever it was

They don't seem too interested in actually being helped so
