I have a question regarding a postage price being very very high for an item that is compact.

has a postage rate of USD$ 355 to Australia for a backpack.

there must be some issue with the system?? how can this be possible?

Ask the seller whether they are willing to send via another shipping method....lots of them don't even realise that eBay has decided for them

It’s a ridiculous postage cost but nothing unusual.
