How do I contact ebay?

The seller has not sent me a return postage label, he sent me an invoice for me to pay postage at Australia Post. He is responsible for the return as the product does not work. I have contacted the seller three additional times and he will not supply me a return label but Ebay says it is waiting for me to return the the product with the label that was emailed to me by the 21st April or I will not receive a refund. When I try to ask Ebay to step in I am unable to proceed with the request. Somebody please help me

The FB you left, seems to indicate that the postage invoice was sent as a result of messages between yourself and the seller. you then indicate that you have requested ebay step in, by which I assume you opened an official return request. As you are now required to return the item by the 21st, has a return label now been provided via ebay and the official return case.
