When I go to purchase an item, xcover comes up and I have selected "no" in that window because I don't want xcover services. It still requires me to go to the xcover website, which I don't want to do. Has anyone else had this issue. How do I bypass this option when making a purchase?

I have discovered I need to go to seller's store on ebay in order to bypass xcover, otherwise I am forced to accept the service I don't want. Thanks for your help.
