seller-have not provided me with my $378.00 pump...and now refuse to answer my emails..i note they are still selling on Ebay...they should not be allowed to..and all my efforts to discuss with ebay have failed..they are doing nothing...

Did you open and follow through with an item not received dispute within the time limit?

You do not need to get a response from the seller, nor contact eBay to do that

How have you tried to 'discuss with eBay' ?

They will not do anything if you are outside the time limit

The only thing you needed to do is open the dispute

If you have left it too long for that, you have 180 days if you paid with PayPal

You are not a new member and should have some idea of the procedure. Ebay help is at the top of every page Do not waste time going back and forth with seller.

What is the item number & where is seller registered?

yeah i did...ebay shut it down very quickly ..without solitonvery disappointed in their response..i am now going through Pay-Pal..whom are very supportive

Did all that...but ebay were just quick to shut it out...have put the item number etc up...but ebay took it down
