i brought a radiator on ebay on the 24/11/24 and now its leaking how to i go about getting a refund or a new replacement one

You can ask the seller, but I don't like your chances, there really arent Warranties on Ebay, and especially if its a chinese seller.

You certainly have no avenue though eBay for either

Especially so if it is from that dodgy as high volume seller with 86.7% feedback

Just kidding. Normally, you need to return an item in the original condition to get a refund.

Clearly, you would be unable to do so if it has been fitted to a vehicle.

However, there is nothing stopping you from asking for a refund.
