      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can ask the seller, but I don't like your chances, there really arent Warranties on Ebay, and especially if its a chinese seller.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hugely unlikely to happen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You certainly have no avenue though eBay for either&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Especially so if it is from that dodgy as high volume seller with 86.7% feedback&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't know your were a time traveller from November of this year &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just kidding.&amp;nbsp; Normally, you need to return an item in the original condition to get a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clearly, you would be unable to do so if it has been fitted to a vehicle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, there is nothing stopping you from &lt;STRONG&gt;asking&lt;/STRONG&gt; for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
