eBay assisting scammers!

New scam! The seller changed the tracking number & uploaded the tracking number from a different person who lives in the same area/town/postcode. The new tracking number states delivered & is backdated to exempt them from a refund/return date. The tracking number was updated when I requested a refund after the due date that the item should of been delivered by. eBay customer service does acknowledge this when reading that the item has been delivered. I have obtained the tracking documentation from FedEx to confirm the deception! Though eBay will not let me submit my concerns or reply. corruption!

If ebay do not assist with a refund, you may still have recourse with your payment provider (eg PayPal, or the bank that issued the card used).

Yes, I have filed a complaint. But I want this to go a lot further!
