      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer Service representative initiated a case against a seller I bought from without my permission, same rep also terminated call when I advised him to listen to what I was saying instead of jumping to conclusions. Worst ever, how do I make a formal complaint against him?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted eBay to complain about Pitney Bowes (global shipping program) as the item I purchased from overseas showed it as having arrived in Australia, but for four days there was no info on carrier or time of delivery, customer service rep wouldn't listen to me and terminated the call (I was respectful). Transcript of conversation shows this. Today I received an email saying that a case had been initiated against the seller, as I said earlier, problem was Pitney Bowes, not seller. eBay sent another email an hour later saying case had been closed. I did not instigate the case, and knew nothing about it until today. Very poor customer service rep.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
