Do you have tracking?

eBay do not sell anything

You buy from sellers who list on eBay

What was the estimated delivery date?

What was the item number?

Where is the seller registered?

If it was from the seller starting with 's' who last left you feedback, they have very very poor feedback

Make sure you open and follow through with an item not received dispute within the time limit

Don't mess around with the 'seller said' (if it comes to that)

Stick with the dispute
