You were advised what you need to do over a week ago, you were given the link that is what you need to click on and open, and follow through with the item not received dispute

Other members here cannot do it for you

There is a time limit, so if you just keep saying you have not got your order, you will be out of time to open the dispute, unless it already is too late

You have been told how to access the tools eBay gives you to resolve issues. Use them.

ebay is not a scam, you failed to open a dispute

That was your choice

Spamming the forum with eBay is scam over and over will achieve nothing

You would have been covered but you did not want to be
