Hi has anyone else had issues with aramax they don't deliver to po boxes or parcel lockers they give me really stupid excuses as to why they haven't delivered my parcel don't trust them and don't trust sellers that do use them both are dodgy can I get any feedback from people who have had similar issues

Have a look at any of the dozens of threads already posted on the forum about them

And don't buy from sellers who use them

Don't know of too many couriers who do deliver to PO Boxes by the way

Only Startrack as far as I know Sandy. You used to be able to deliver to them from other couriers, but I don't think that option applies any longer, (a fee was charged for that to the courier involved.

They deliver to Amazon parcel lockers if an order is placed through Amazon, if you request it on checkout.

Post office boxes are owned and operated by Australia Post, most other couriers don't have rights to deliver to Australia Post PO boxes. Why would Australia Post accept parcels delivered by another courier into their facility.

I live in government housing and since I've been here I've had a lot of things stolen I can't use my home address

Maybe look at using a Hubbed Parcel Point, I believe any carrier can deliver to a hubbed location.

Perhaps your post office would be OK with you using their street address - if a parcel was to be delivered using your PO Box address they'd have to keep it somewhere till you picked it up anyway.

Im having trouble tracking items i sold and used Aaramax. I would advise anybody who reads this not to use this company. They never update tracking, they dont scan when they collect and they never give an honest to the question, where are my items.

Never ever use this courier.
