I am receiving emails to leave feedback when I actually haven’t received the goods. Sometimes parcels takes weeks. Consequently can’t leave feedback.

eBay automated emails are not something other members here have any control over

Have a look in your settings and see if there is an option to untick these messages

Ignore the emails, don't stress over feedback, leave feedback at a time that suits you.

Just check the expected delivery dates of the item though. If the last expected date has passed, open an ebay claim for item not received.
