      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I need help. I brought a helmet and I chose a seller because the picture in the listing, as it had red detailing on the helmet, versus another listing. I received a helmet but it has white detailing on the helmet (not what I wanted). I questioned the seller and got this response:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;The helmet in our advertisement is the old model Sixsixone Dirt lid that our suppliers can not obtain. The helmet's are identical in every other respect.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are not happy with the colours, you are more than welcome to return the helmet for a full refund.&lt;/SPAN&gt;...."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I don't want to return this helmet as I am up for the postage costs and looking at the response above, the seller doesn't seem like the decent type to refund my costs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I am astounded that the seller hasn't even indicated that they will change the listing photo and description. Should I just leave a neg feedback? should l lodge a paypal dispute? Or can I report the listing to eBay, so the next buyer doesn't go through this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Either you bought the helmet on another id or it was a private listing as nothing in your buying history except a bike.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Any half decent seller would refund ALL cost including return postage as it was their error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Have you pulled their contact details &amp;amp; phoned them to explain that the whole reason you purchased the item was because of the colour?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I would try that 1st.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;If you open a not as described dispute with Paypal,you would need to return via trackable post at your own cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;and make sure you leave 1 star for description (0 does not count)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;They may offer partial refund for FB revision, do not revise until you have the refund, then you can chage it to whatever you wish; neutral saying:&amp;nbsp; partial refund for FB revision on SNAD item&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;About the use of the helmet, well I had to succumb to not returning it, as my son has no helmet that fits him and for safety he had to wear it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;But I think my biggest issue was this seller being able to sell something and not even have it in stock! I needed to know how to stop this and not have other buyers experience the same problem but now I know that feedback is the only way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;He sold me a refurbished Microsoft computer mouse as "brand new".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Ebay is doing nothing to support me, Paypal said I'm entitled for a refund BUT:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I will get a partial refund.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I must send the item back at my expenses!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;The mouse costs $16 while delivery fees is around $13!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;This is a legalized scam and I'm so disappointed at eBay and Paypal for allowing such illegal activity!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Did you tell the seller that you specifically bought the helmet due to the colour of the stripe in the picture and had you known it was not the same you would not have bought it? Also did you ask them if you could return it for a full refund including return postage? The reason I ask is that the seller has responded politely and has not stated they will not pay the return postage. They have said you can return it for a FULL refund which to them may or may not include return postage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;I don't know how significant the differences are between the helmet listed and what you received. Unfortunately manufacturers/wholesalers often&amp;nbsp;do change designs and will generally just substitute an item with the new design without advising the retailer. This is annoying for sellers especially online sellers who may not pick up on the difference until an item has been sold as depending on their volume of sales and&amp;nbsp;number of stocked items&amp;nbsp;they may not even realise the difference until it is pointed out to tyhem by a disgruntled customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Personally I would have responded to their message&amp;nbsp;to clarify&amp;nbsp;if they would pay the return postage given the item was not as described.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
