A WARNING
On 18-4-2025 we placed an order with an eBay outlet - we were told delivery would be to our address at postcode 2480 - and we were given the tracking no, U90008571346 - with an estimated delivery date of May 1st - - This was not the case - we contacted seller - 29-5-25 - she replied "I am very busy in Hospital for days. Really sorry for late reply. You don't worry, we will check on your concern and check details. We will resolve your issue within 24 Hours. Hope you will understand and cooperate" - a week passed - nothing happened - so we contacted eBay - 5-6-2025 - to make enquiries - we were told - 7-6-2025 - "good news! Your item has arrived" - as we had yet to see a delivery at our address - we appealed - only to be told -11-6-2025 - "we weren't able to grant your appeal" - - - - - Frustrated with what was happening we contacted the courier (aramax) on 12-6-2025 - to find out where our tracking no. U90008571346 had been delivered - the parcel ended up at an address in postcode. 2500 on 28-5-2025 - it weighed 200gm - our parcel would have weighed at least 3kg and would have been in a box at least 350mm high, 250mm deep and 250mm wide - nothing at all like the parcel in the photo the courier service sent us! - On 13-6-2025 the courier assured us - "there is no box" - and advised us to "please confirm with your Sender the correct consignment" - - - - - Every attempt to contact seller is sent back - "your recent message was not delivered"
It appears that eBay protects it's own outlets - we wonder how many more of these outlets could be scammers!

If you paid by PayPal, lodge an item not received claim through them; if you paid by c/c, contact your bank and do a chargeback

we wonder how many more of these outlets could be scammers!

Loads of them.

Your first job though is to see if it is possible to get a refund. Sounds as if you are out of time with ebay but do as the others have said if you paid via paypal.

Then if you do ever decide to use ebay again, just be aware that you need to check out seller location and it might not be the same as item location. Item location will be in the ad, seller location won't be. You need to click on the seller's name and keep clicking till you see a section "About" that seller. It will show seller location and when they registered.

If it shows China, hit the back button, look elsewhere if you're after genuine products, medical or electrical etc.

Be very cautious about what you buy on ebay and who you are buying from.

And also know that if you have a problem, you can go straight to an ebay claim, you do not need to wait around for a seller to get back to you and never let them give you the run around as this seller did. You only get 30 days after the expected delivery date of an item in which to open an ebay claim so some sellers (they are not the majority on ebay by any means but some exist) will try to delay you in the hope you will time out.

I am curious as to what your expectations are when you choose to buy from one of these scammers?

All the neg feedback is there to warn you

Even if they WERE legit, their listings are not fit for humans or animals to use

Buyers can stop supporting these sellers, you are in control of who you choose to buy from

Just because something is listing does not mean go ahead and buy it, without caring who you are buying from
